Resourceful: We have been helping companies communicate in one form or another for over thirty years. Our humble beginnings started in advertising where Tracey learned the value of using media as a tool to creatively "sell" a story. Betsy spent a large portion of her career working in Sales Management for the Scientific/Lab Research industry. Since moving into the event business in the 90's Minerpro has helped clients big and small cast long shadows on stage, in video and across the internet.
World-Wide: Currently, we are supporting several hi-tech clients as they move forward with a more global presence. This effort has taken us around the world numerous times. This exposure to other cultures has greatly broadened our understanding of the world stage. We have collected some amazing resources along the way.
Creative: Our talent base has always enabled us to help clients reinvent their messaging and stay current in a changing marketplace. Today this effort is further challenged by the need to reinvent how we deliver content in a world where nothing remains the same. Change happens- fast and often. Yet it is rarely expected.
Confidence: To quote one of our longest running clients: "I sleep at night when Minerpro is on the job because I know they always deliver". We have to say this has been our main goal throughout our career. In the creative business, we must admit, delivering on this promise takes more effort than ever before.
Well Connected: For us being creative is more than writing snappy slogans or creating a hot new design - not to take anything away from these skill sets. We take great pride in surrounding ourselves with people that always find a way to make things happen in a big new way. Over the past three decades this has allowed us to be involved in some pretty amazing projects - working with people we have been privileged to come to know. This has made us confident in our abilities and proud of the reputation we have earned.
Flexible: In the times we are now living, budgets and quick turn around are at the center of everything. We have learned to adapt to these demands and make this mindset part of the DNA of our business model now. Our network of resources has enabled us to offer competitive pricing yet equally important we don't compromise the quality of service to do it. That is something we simply won't tolerate - we have built our reputation on service. Let's be honest, service today is often lacking. We have all bought things that seemed a bargain only to be frustrated with a lack of service after the fact. That is never the case with our model for one very simple but important reason. We believe price may win the business but service keeps it.
Blessed: We have developed an amazing track record working with a well known and diverse client base. We have worked on a broad diversity of projects that have taken place all over the world. Our human resources are world-class. Our work has won numerous awards year after year.
And to think we are just getting started. Makes us wonder what God has in store for the next thirty years.
